—The new system was implemented in January 2006. The Task Force is to reconvene in August 2006 to implement the system’s maintenance plan, to include deactivation of courses in Banner.BANNER NONCREDIT COURSE NUMBERS – PM TEAM STATUS UPDATE (as of Nov 2006):The task Force reconvened in September 2006.
The system’s maintenance plan, to include Rolling Grades, Deactivating Courses, and an Internal Process Manual, is in place. The Team Sponsor will query the Task Force in March 2007 and September 2007 to determine if any further actions are required.
