Courses & Requirements
The associate in arts degree option in Dance enables students to pursue a career in dance or to transfer to a four-year college in either professional dance or dance education. Students will develop ease of movement, coordination, endurance and self-expression as they learn the technical skills that dance requires in both classroom and performance settings. Students will also learn choreographic skills to be applied in both solo and group settings. A minimum of 65 credit hours are required for graduation.
