Careers in healthcare continue to grow, including those on the business side of healthcare. In the Business Management: Healthcare Practice Management program, you will learn about sound managerial practices and procedures, healthcare finance, and operations of the healthcare industry.

If you are a current healthcare employee, NECC’s Associate in Science degree in Business Management: Healthcare Practice Management option will provide you with business management skills necessary for career advancement within a medical practice or healthcare facility. If you are not currently a practicing healthcare professional, the program will provide you with the theory and skills required to succeed in a career in healthcare management, as well as an internship in a healthcare agency to provide you with real-world experience.

Associate in Science degree in Business Management: Healthcare Practice Management option is available in the current NECC day program or in the iHealth option.

Graduates pursue many career paths, including office managers in physician’s offices and other healthcare settings. You can also transfer to earn your bachelors degree in business administration, health sciences, public health, or a related health care field.
