Wayne Kibbe, BS, MBA, Faculty
Wayne Kibbe joined Northern Essex in 2003 after a 25-year career in private industry. Wayne’s educational background includes an Associate Degree in Electronics Technology from Springfield Technical Community College, a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State, and a Masters in Business from the University of Phoenix.
Wayne’s work experience spans diverse occupations such as construction, broadcasting, cable television, microwave communications, information technology consulting, technical sales, and corporate training. Wayne considers being a college professor “his eighth, final, and most rewarding career.”
Drawing on his industry experience to enhance classroom learning, he is also an advocate of technology in the classroom and developing distance learning courses.
Patricia Morrow, BA, MSM, Faculty
Patricia Morrow received her AS degree from Middlesex Community College, her BA from UMASS Boston, and her Masters in Management from Lesley University. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Society for Human Resources Management. She has experience in the design, development, and instruction of computer enhanced, hybrid, and on-line courses.
To her position in NECC’s Business Department, Patricia Morrow brings many years of experience in human resources, operations management, and administrative training and development in industries ranging from healthcare to construction. She also has several years experience working in academic advising and as adjunct faculty in the community college system.
Bernard (Bill) Zannini, MBA, Faculty
Bernard (Bill) Zannini received an AS degree in Business Administration and a BS degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell. He completed an MBA-level program at the Graduate School of Business of the University of Texas in Austin and, a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Southern New Hampshire. After a 25-year career in Research & Development of Technology-based products and services and, teaching business courses as an adjunct faculty member, Bill joined NECC in 2004 as a full-time faculty member and Coordinator of the Business Programs (2004-2009).
Bill’s vision for the Business Programs at NECC includes enhancing the educational experience for the students through technology, community outreach, flexible program and course scheduling, and the creation of small businesses.
