The associate in arts degree option in Illustration is a two year program for art students who have an interest in visual communication and are interested in pursuing a career in pictorial communication. The curriculum requires course work in art, design, illustration, business and computer graphics. The program is designed to teach students the entry-level skills used in commercial studio; and to prepare students for advanced work in four-year colleges, business, design and advertising. A minimum of 65 credit hours are required for graduation.
