The General Studies: Fire Science Transfer Option is designed to provide a nontraditional curriculum that is a joint venture with North Shore Community College’s Associate Degree in Fire Protection and Safety Technology. This option will provide students the opportunity to complete the core of their transfer requirements toward the completion of their degree at North Shore Community College. Students may also elect to take the appropriate courses needed to allow them to transfer to Salem State’s Bachelor of Science Fire Science Administration once they complete the North Shore program. A maximum of 30 credits can be taken for transfer to North Shore.
