Designed for anyone dealing with customers, the skills learned are applicable to all for-profit and nonprofit organizations; anyone with experience, interested in training for a new career or involved in a new venture are welcome. This interactive, practical program includes effective communication techniques, dealing with difficult people, negotiation skills, blending sales and service, and more to enable you to deliver “knock your socks off” service.
