Managing Human Resources Certificate Program

Providing an understanding of the fundamentals of Human Resources, these highly practical, interactive seminars explore legal issues in the workplace (including cultural diversity and awareness and social media concerns), finding and hiring the right people, performance management, and creating and communicating effective policies and procedures.  We will also cover staff development and training as well as the basics of compensation and benefits.  This program is for you if you are a business owner, managing or supervising employees, directly involved in human resource processes, and/or considering Human Resources as a career.   Take just those seminars that interest you, but for maximum benefit, complete the entire program to earn the Certificate of Completion in Managing Human Resources. Students will receive extensive materials for each module; students completing the full program will also receive  a  full set of practical forms and templates.
