Project Management
Project Management has become a necessity for doing business! As resources become increasingly scarce, the need to closely manage and control cost, human resources, schedule and quality become a necessity. As the demand for better, faster, less expensive quality products continues to increase, so does the demand for knowledgeable, competent, trained Project Managers. Five courses are required to earn the certificate of completion; these 5 courses are also designed to prepare you to pass the exams to earn the Project Management Institute (PMI) designation as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
Instructor: Rich Maltzman, PMP, Cleland Award-winning co-author of the book “Green Project Mangement” (© 2010 CRC Press). Rich has extensive international experience as an engineer, PM, PMO leader, and has been training project managers for over 20 years
