QuickBooks Pro 2010: Level I

In this course you will work with QuickBooks Pro 2010, software designed to help small and medium-sized businesses keep their books easily and accurately. You will begin with an introduction to the software and some basic file management principles. Then you will learn the fundamental skills needed to effectively deal with customers, vendors, and banking transactions. Finally, you will create your own company file. After completing this course, you will be ready to move onto more advanced QuickBooks tasks.

QuickBooks Pro 2010: Level II

In this course you will work with QuickBooks Pro 2010, software designed to help small and medium-sized businesses keep their books easily and accurately. In this course you will deal with QuickBooks intermediate skills, building on what you learned in the Level I course. You will learn how QuickBooks helps you deal with physical inventory and sales tax. You will run payroll and deal effectively with asset, liability, and equity accounts. You will also learn how to work with class, estimate, and time tracking features. The end of the course covers customizing reports, creating custom templates, and details on what happens “behind the scenes” as QuickBooks helps you manage financial data.
