Wishing you could confidently frost and decorate a cake for someone special? Come learn not only the basics of trimming and frosting a layer cake but also how to pipe borders, create garland and basket weave, along with flowers and leaves. In the end bring in your own unfrosted layer cake and decorate yours from start to finish.

By popular demand…the continuation of Cake Decorating for Beginners.

Learn more advanced techniques, such as: Frosting a square cake with perfect edges, learn brush embroidery, make Royal Icing flowers and fondant bows.  Your final project will be a wonderful gift box cake decorated using all of these techniques.  Students will need to bring their material kits from the Beginner Cake Decorating class. Bring a crumb coated & refrigerated 2 layer, 8”square cake on 1^st class and 2 batches of buttercream frosting.  A materials lists will be mailed prior to class.
