Asian Cuisine I

Come learn a variety of cooking techniques involved in Asian cuisine. In this hands-on class, you will learn how to stir fry using the correct techniques with chopsticks and the wok, make those delicious dumplings and wonton, and much more.

Students will need to bring their own chopping knife and cutting board.

Asian Cuisine II

By popular demand … a continuation of Asian Cuisine I. You will participate in a hands-on learning of new techniques using different recipes such as fried spring rolls, authentic chow mein, and much more.

Students will need to bring their own chopping knife and cutting board.
