Asian Cuisine  — Part One

Come learn a variety of cooking techniques involved in Asian cuisine. In this hands-on class you will learn how to stir fry using the correct techniques with chopsticks and the wok and also make those delicious dumplings and wonton, plus much more. Students will need to bring their own chopping knife and cutting board.

Indian Snacks and Appetizers 

Explore exotic tasty little bites to whet your appetites that can be fried, steamed, baked or pan fried.  These can also serve as mini-meals.  Learn to make a variety of traditional homemade snacks and appetizers and their dipping sauces; ex: Samosa, Kababs,and Pakoras.

Indian Vegetarian Delights
