Creative Landscape Design for Homeowners

Winter, the perfect time to work on your landscape ideas/designs for your home while the past season’s ideas are still fresh in your mind. Come learn to apply the basic landscape design principles to create or redo your home’s landscape. Style, form, and function will be discussed along with types of plant materials and hardscapes (patios, walkways, and walls). Learn to analyze your site conditions, take measurements of it and how to draft/draw your own landscape plan by learning some basic drafting skills. Your home’s landscape plan will incorporate appropriate plantings and hardscapes.
