Kripalu Yoga at Veasey
Come join this Kripalu Yoga class! It is for all levels. Class designed to stretch and strengthen core muscles, joints, learn breathing techniques and to become more flexible. This is a well paced class with some challenges and fun and wonderful opportunity to learn how to feel relaxed and energized at the same time. Each class will begin with a settling of the mind and end with a short relaxation exercise. Come focus on yourself for one hour a week and you will be pleasantly surprised by how much it will give you in return. No Yoga experience needed. BRING YOGA MAT.
