Gentle Moderate Yoga

Designed for both new and experienced students wanting a moderately paced class to slow down, breathe deeply and relax.  Includes muscle stretching and strengthening, moderate postures, breathing and relaxation techniques. No Yoga experience needed. All levels welcomed. BRING YOGA MAT.

Tai Chi Breathing

In this fast paced society where we always seems to be hurrying around, Tai-Chi breathing is a great tool to have to improve your health. Through this ancient art you can learn to use your breath to access (chi) energy in your body to calm anxiety, relax the nerves, improve sleep, and remain calm during stressful situation. No students under 18.

  Tai Chi

Wu style of Tai-Chi is an ancient Chinese exercise. A slow flowing form practiced to improve health by allowing healing energy (chi) to move throughout your body.
