The MSBDC’s (Massachusetts Small Business Development Center) Northeastern Regional Office, headquartered at Salem State University in cooperation with NECC, will provide one-to-one counseling assistance to small businesses or prospective small businesses at NECC. Counseling is available in both English and Spanish, is provided free of charge during the day and includes, but is not limited to, business plan development, market analysis, business feasibility, etc The MSBDC is a partnership of the U.S. Small Business Administration, the Executive Office of Economic Affairs, The U-Mass/Amherst School of Management, and Salem State.
