Help is provided for many different areas of distance learning, from tutoring assistance and answers to frequently asked questions to support for your Blackboard technical issues.

Technical support for your online courses is provided to you in the following ways:

• FAQs—The Frequently Asked Questions section of help provides solutions for common technical issues. Please check this section first, as it often all that is necessary to find the solution to your problem.
• Service Desk—Help with MyNECC accounts, including login problems for Blackboard, Self Service, and Student Email is now provided through the NECC Service Desk. The Service Desk offers walk-in support in Room B216 on the Haverhill Campus, and in Lawrence, Room L242. You can also contact the Service Desk by phone at 978-556-3111, or by email at servicedesk@necc.mass.edu.

Tutoring services are available through the NECC Academic Resource & Tutoring Center. NECC registered students have access to free online tutoring via Smarthinking. Logon information for NECC students is available here.
