The Workplace Education Program/Learn at Work funds eligible agencies that provide instructional services in basic literacy, math, and English for Speakers of Other Languages. These services are provided for incumbent workers who lack the English skills required to maintain, and advance in, their employment.

Services are provided through partnerships among businesses, workers, labor organizations, and adult education providers
