Pathways to Academic & Career Excellence

PACE is a Student Support Services program funded by a TRiO grant from the U.S. Department of Education. It offers a wide array of resources and exclusive services for eligible NECC students. You may be eligible for this program if you meet one of these criteria:

  • Neither one of your parents graduated from college with a Bachelor’s degree
  • You are receiving financial aid

PACE services, both at NECC’s Haverhill and Lawrence campuses include:

  • Academic advising and tutoring support
  • Advice and assistance in postsecondary course selection
  • Education/counseling to improve financial and economic literacy
  • Information and assistance in applying for Federal Student Aid.
  • Assistance in applying for admission to four-year colleges and universities
  • Information and assistance in obtaining scholarships and financial aid at four-year colleges and universities
