Take College Courses in High School

You Can Begin Earning College Credits While Still in High School!

At NECC, we have several ways for you to get a head start on college. Starting college early is smart – you can save money and time, get an early introduction to college life, and start investing in your future. Check out the options below to see how you can get started with our Early College programs.

Early College: Individual Program

  • With Early College: Individual Program, you pay only $110 per credit, which includes tuition and all fees, plus the cost of books and any additional course materials required. This is a 50-60% savings on regular course prices!
  • Take courses on the NECC Haverhill or Lawrence Campus
  • You may be able to earn high school credit along with college credit
  • You will need to take the Academic Placement Assessment, or ACCUPLACER, to ensure you are ready for college level English, writing, and math classes.
  • Most credits transfer to the college of your choice
