Transcript Evaluations (PDF)

The Academic Placement & Testing Center has responsibility for evaluating military transcripts and relies on the American Council on Education (ACE) “Service members Opportunity College Guide” and the ACE website, www.militaryguides.acenet.edu, for credit recommendations. There is no fee charged for this service or for the transcription of credit.

Army personnel and veterans who entered active duty or reserve personnel on or after October 1, 1981 should submit a AARTS transcript. Please visit their website at www.aarts.army.mil for information on how to obtain your transcript. Army, Navy veterans who entered active duty or reserve prior to October 1, 1981 must supply an original DD Form 214 to Donna Felisberto in the Technology Center TC-128 at the Haverhill Campus for evaluation and posting of credit.

Navy and Marine Corp. personnel and veterans who entered active duty or reserve personnel on or after October 1, 1999 should submit a SMART transcript. Please visit this website at http://www.usmc-mccs.org/education/smart.cfm for information on how to obtain your transcript.

Navy and Marine veterans who entered active duty or reserve before October 1, 1999 must supply an original DD Form 214 to the Academic Placement & Testing Center for evaluation and posting of credit.
