Alumni Association
The Northern Essex Community College Alumni Association was founded in 1971 to promote the interests of NECC alumni and to foster an ongoing relationship between the college, its graduates and the community.
The Association is a nonprofit arm of the college which is governed by an annually-elected Advisory Board. A minimum of two alumni serve on the college's Board of Trustees, one elected by the Alumni Association active membership and one who is gubernatorial appointed.
The Association Advisory Board meets regularly to plan events for alumni, conduct fundraising drives, give out scholarships and other student awards, organize reunions and more. The Association is an ideal way for graduates to maintain a link with the college and keep in touch with friends and faculty and help promote interests of other alumni and the College.
