Peace Poetry Event!
Come hear the winners read their poems at the Peace Poetry Reading Event!
The 9th Annual Peace Poetry Contest & Reading honors the ideal of peace through the creation and submission of works on the topic. Children and adults from the NECC area (K-12 classrooms, both public and private, and adults affiliated with these schools) create and submit their original poems on the subject of peace. The submissions for the contest ended on March 15, 2017, in this Reading Event you will hear the winners, and others chosen to be published in a booklet, recite their poems.
