Stress and Time Management Workshop
Learn about how stress affects your body and the techniques to reduce and manage your stress. Take control and learn to enjoy life’s challenges by keeping stress in check! Learn to manage your time like effective leaders. Time is a scarce and valuable resource. Time used wisely can transform a mediocre leader into one who stands out among his/hers peers. In this workshop you will be given excellent advice and gain valuable skills in the techniques of time management.
