Hours: Monday through Thursday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Friday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Iron Knight Motivation
Come workout over the course of the academic year and win prizes!

- 10 Visits = Pedometer
- 15 visits = Backpack

A quick, high-intensity circuit training program that gives you a full body workout, tones muscles and burns calories.
Wednesdays, 4:30 PM
A fun and intense 30 minute interval workout using boxing techniques with 3 minute rounds of work and 1 minute rest periods.
Tuesdays at Noon
Use foam rollers, stretching and body weight exercises to create strength and mobility throughout your body to perform better and prevent injury.
