Personal Safety Training Course
A Personal Safety Training Course will be held on Friday, April 24, 2015
In an effort to offer students and NECC employees opportunities to enhance their personal security, the college is hosting a personal safety training course.
The course covers many areas of personal safety including, but not limited to, what you can do and what you should not do in instances when your safety may be compromised while at work, home, or in public. The presentation is well grounded in proven crime prevention tactics and goes a long way to educate individuals in methods and means to prevent themselves from becoming a crime victim.
The course will be led by Joe Solomon, Chief of Methuen Police and Head of Eagle Security.
The presentation is approximately 1.5 hours and is followed by a question and answer session that usually lasts 20 to 30 minutes.
Please note: The Personal Safety Class is strictly voluntary.
