Helpdesk Assistant

Summary:

Department/Agency: Human Resources
Location: Lawrence
Weekly Hours: 15
Pay Rate: $11/hr

Job Description/Responsibilities: 

Familiar with MS Office; answer phones; assist college community as needed; setup wireless accounts; enforce policies of the computer lab; ability to assist in solving computer problems.  Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with minimum supervision and able to follow instructions.  Candidate must be able to commit to a regular schedule.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

Familiar with MS Office Products; basic troubleshooting skills; good communication and interpersonal skills; dependable and able to work in a fast paced environment.
