Student Program Assistant (Haverhill)

Pay Rate: $11/hr

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Assist Student Engagement staff with the organization of Orientation materials.  Work with staff during special events such as College Life & Campus Services Fair, Winterfest, Seasonal Celebration, cookouts, etc., by helping to set-up break-down for events, interact with students and convey information to them regarding various services, clubs and activities offered at the College and be willing, on occasion, to speak to small groups of new students about those activities.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

Needs to have strong computer skills (Word and Excel required, Publisher a plus), as well as verbal and written communication skills.  Should be able to take direction and then work independently on projects. Must be organized, conscientious and possess knowledge of or be willing to learn the operation of various office machines.
