Comix and the Middle East – A First Fridays Discussion

Join us for this First Fridays Discussion

Professors Ginger Hurajt and Marc Mannheimer teach Art and Literature of the Graphic Novel. They will discuss Marjane Satrapi’s Persepolis Volumes I and II, introduce the audience to other graphic novels about the Middle East, and examine comic artists’ responses to terrorism.

Free and Open to Faculty, Staff, and Students.
