Summer Bridge

Get a jump start on your fall semester!

Do you want to register for college-level English and math classes this fall? Do you want to meet some college friends before your fall semester starts? Then the 2017 Summer Bridge Program is for you!

The Summer Bridge Program is FREE and includes class materials and a light lunch each day. Math and Reading skills will be integrated and taught collaboratively by two NECC instructors in a computer lab with the support of a student tutor.

Are you a new student?

If you took the assessment test at NECC and you placed into Basic Algebra II or College Reading, you can enroll in the one-week Summer Bridge Program and potentially save a semester of work and money.

Are you a current student?

If you want to refresh your Basic Algebra or College Reading skills, the Summer Bridge will help you get ready for next term.

More Information

Students moving out of the developmental math and reading courses is contingent upon the post scores on the assessment test and not just the completion of the Summer Bridge Program.

The Summer Bridge Program is funded by the NECC STEM Starter Academy.
