Helpdesk Assistant (Haverhill)

Location: Haverhill Campus
Weekly Hours: 15
Pay Rate: $11/hr

Job Description/Responsibilities: 

Assist NECC IT Service Desk as needed. Familiar with multiple wireless platform setup, (Apple, Android, Windows and others). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with minimum supervision as well as working as part of a team. Candidate must be able to commit to a regular schedule.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • Familiar with MS Office Products
  • Basic troubleshooting skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dependable and able to work in a fast paced environment
