Students registering after August 15, 2007 need to pay
their bill at time of registration
- You may pay in full by cash, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).
- Telephone in your full payment with a credit card by calling the Bursar's Office at 978.556.3900.
- Use the NECC 4-month installment plan. Pay 1/4 (25%) of your bill plus a $35 non-refundable fee before the due date of your bill. More information about this plan is included with your invoice. Students expecting to receive financial aid are encouraged to complete their file in a timely manner and to use this plan only to budget amounts not covered by financial aid. NOTE: This plan is NOT available for the Summer Sessions.
- Apply for financial aid. You must complete your financial aid file in a timely manner in order to clear your bill by the due date. In any case, if your financial aid award DOES NOT COVER YOUR BILL, you must pay any balance owed , by the due date, using any of the payment options available.
- Financial Aid questions? Call: 978.556.3650. Please be aware that during peak periods, the financial aid office prefers that you come in person.
- Submit a third party document or purchase order from an employer, etc., which allows the College to bill that party directly with no restrictions.
- If you have extenuating circumstances which you know will not allow you to pay your bill by the due date, you may call 978.556.3903 to discuss possible options.
