Tuition Payment Options - Fall 2007
Traditional Semester payment
The Fall 2007 Semester charges are due on Wednesday, August 15, 2007. Bills will be mailed out in July.
Budget your tuition
You may pay in four monthly installments, with no interest charge, at the cost of a NON-REFUNDABLE $35 processing fee. Late payments are charged a $15 late fee. There are no additional charges, provided you make timely payments. A deposit of 25% of your total bill plus the $35 fee is required by the due date of your bill.
This plan is available only in the Fall and Spring terms. If you choose to enroll in the installment plan by paying the deposit, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions.
Terms and Conditions for the NECC Four-Month Installment Plan
- After the initial deposit, the remaining three payments are due on the 25th of the first three months of the term. Late payments will be assessed a $15 LATE FEE.
- Plan adjustments resulting from a change in course load will be made according to the published refund policy. If classes are added after enrolling, 25% of the cost must by paid at registration.
- If you become eligible for financial aid after enrolling in the installment plan, under no circumstance will the processing fee of $35 be refunded, nor can it be reimbursed by financial aid. You are responsible for continuing to pay the installments until your financial aid is officially authorized.
- The plan will be terminated whenever a check is returned from the bank. The entire balance will become due immediately as well as the $25 returned check fee.
- Any accounts unpaid by the end of the installment plan semester will be treated as delinquent accounts, disallowing registration for future terms and subject to further collection procedures. See Non-Payment and Bad Debt Policy.
