NECC Observer, our 20 page
biweekly student-run newspaper, has consistently been
ranked among the best community college newspapers
in the USA, receiving such prestigious recognition
as the Pacemaker and Crown Awards. Each semester students
cover a variety of stories of interest to the Northern
