NECC Room Rental Fees

The following rooms are $125.00 each for a minimum of 4 hours use for Profit Groups and $75.00 each for a minimum of 4 hours use for Non Profit Groups:

  • Pailes Room
  • President’s Dining Room
  • TC 205
  • B202
  • Confernence Area C
  • Lobby Areas
  • L131, L144, L253 and
  • LA 107

The following rooms are $250.00 each for a minimum of 4 hours use for Profit Groups and $125.00 each for a minimum of 4 hours use for Non Profit Groups:

  • Lecture Hall A
  • Quad
  • TC 103A, TC 103B
  • L244 and
  • LA 101

The following Athletic Facilities are $75.00 an hour each for Profit and Non Profit Groups:

  • Gymnasium
  • Track and Fields

All Classrooms are $75.00 each for a minimum of 4 hours use for Profit and Non Profit Groups

All Computer Labs are $100.00 each for a minimum of 4 hours use for Profit and Non Profit Groups.


Other charges may apply i.e. Overtime charges for Security, Maintenance, AV, IT support, Sport Center Supervisor, Local Police, Fire/EMT

All room rental fees are based on the room being used for a minimum of 4 hours.  After 4 hours the fee will be prorated for each additional hour.
