Northern Essex Community College Room Rental Fees
The following rooms are $100.00 each for a minimum of 4 hours use:
Pailes Room, President’s Dining Room, TC 205, Lobby Areas, L131, L144,
L253, LA 107, and B202.
The following rooms are $200.00 each for a minimum of 4 hours use:
Lecture Hall A, Quad, TC 103A, TC 103B, L244, LA 101
The following Athletic Facilities are 75.00 an hour each for profit and nonprofit groups:
- Gymnasium
- Track
- Fields
All Classrooms are $75.00 each for a minimum of 4 hours use
- All non-profit groups are charged ½ the rental fee with the exception of the Gymnasium, Track and Fields.
- Other charges may apply i.e. Overtime charges for Security, Maintenance, AV, IT support, Sport Center Supervisor, Local Police, Fire/EMT
- All room rental fees are based on the room being used for a minimum of 4 hours. After 4 hours the fee will be prorated for each additional hour.
