Food Support

The Café in the Spurk Building (Haverhill) and also in the lobby of the El-Hefni Building (Lawrence) offer a daily hot lunch for $3.00 for any student, faculty, and staff with an NECC ID (one per person, per day).

Hot lunches will be served from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or until they run out!

Thanks to the help of our local community partners, NECC has a food pantry on the Lawrence campus, available to students at no cost.

Students on the Haverhill campus can request a food bag pickup. Current students can access these items at no cost!

Food: pasta, rice, beans (canned or dry), cereal, canned goods, canned chicken/tuna, shelf-stable milk (dairy and non-dairy), frozen products

Other:  personal hygiene products, cleaning items, toothpaste, 

**Gift cards are always welcome.**

In partnership with UTEC, NECC is providing limited, culturally appropriate, MADD Love Meals monthly to current students. These boxes contain fresh vegetables and fruits. 

Many students who qualify for financial aid also qualify for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). If you are interested in seeing if you qualify and/or to apply, please visit Mass Department of Transitional Assistance for MA residents and for NH residents, please visit New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services.
