How will I receive my refund?
Payments made ONLINE by credit card will be refunded to the credit card used for payment. Payments made by ACH will go back to your bank account if you have set up ACH as a refund account.
Otherwise, refunds will be automatically issued by check, regardless of method of payment and mailed to the student’s home address; unless the student has enrolled for eRefunds.

Refund Policy and Dates for Credit Courses
The refund policy for credit courses at NECC will allow a 100% refund of tuition and fees for a specific range of dates which is governed by the start date of each course. After the end of each 100% refund period, no other refunds will be granted. Please read carefully, below, where the date ranges are explained. NOTE: There will be no refunds granted after the 100% period.
Spring 2013: 100% Refund Dates
If your class begins between: January 23 and January 29, 2013
You must drop the class before: 6:00pm on January 30, 2013
If your class begins between: February 6 and February 11, 2013
You must drop the class before: 6:00pm on February 13, 2013
If your class begins between: March 25 and March 30, 2013
You must drop the class before: 6:00pm on April 3, 2013
The only refunds granted will be the 100% refunds based on the above dates.
Classes must be officially dropped with Enrollment Services either in person or by calling 978-556-3700 during office hours within the stated refund periods.
