Deaf Studies: Sign Language Interpreting Option, 2008
Colleen has been attending classes at Northern Essex since she enrolled in Elementary American Sign Language during her senior year at Haverhill High School. She will transfer to UMass/Lowell this fall where she will study to be a high school teacher. American Sign Language gives her a skill she hopes to employ when she teaches at the high school level one day.
