Present identification at the library circulation desk. The librarian will issue you a library card (for borrowing and accessing databases) and a PIN (for setting up a circulation account to request and renew). You can use both card and PIN immediately.
On the Library’s home page there is a link for NECC students to request a library card number. The number will allow students off-campus access to our electronic resources. To receive a physical library card and PIN number, you need to come to the Haverhill or Lawrence library.
The checkout period for NECC is three weeks, and you can renew a book twice, for a total of nine weeks, unless another student has requested the book. DVDs circulate for one week, with no renewals. Only three DVDs may be checked out at a time. Books, DVDs and CDs that are loaned from other NOBLE libraries may have different loan periods.
