Concert Choir Celebrates Spring with Musical Performance

6436296505_7e9ca4b976_bThe Northern Essex Community College Concert Choir will embrace the spirit of the spring season with a special musical performance at 2 p.m., Sunday, May 3rd in the Haverhill campus Hartleb Technology Center, 100 Elliott Street, Haverhill. The concert is open to the public.

Conducted by Alisa Bucchiere, the group will perform a range of classic and contemporary compositions. Tickets cost $5 and can be purchased at the door.

Highlights of the concert will include a medley of songs from Les Miserable; “I Turned a Corner” from Thoroughly Modern Millie, sung by James Clark Jr. of Methuen; “Moonfall” from the Mystery of Edwin Drood, sung by Jenny Weiss of Amesbury; and an Italian aria sung by Bryan LeGere of Derry, NH.
