Northern Essex Hosts Tea Party Fundraiser

Bert Ford of Ford Flower Company of Salem, NH, will appear at the Women of NECC’s annual tea October 21.

Bert Ford, a leading floral designer in New England, will create unique floral displays during the Women of NECC’ s annual fall Tea Party on Friday, October 21, at noon in Northern Essex Community College‘s Hartleb Technology Center on the Haverhill campus, 100 Elliott St.

Ford, owner of Ford Flower Company, 83 South Broadway, Salem, NH, was inducted into the American Institute of Floral Designers in 2001 and into the Professional Floral Communicators International in 2010. He creates different and unique designs, incorporating nature, art, and today’s trends into his designs. He has broad-based experience in the floral industry. Ford’s work has been featured in numerous publications in the United States.

This event is open to the public. Tickets are $45 per person. It is reserved seating only. Tickets will be reserved and held at the door.

Founded in 1997, The Women of NECC was organized to help Northern Essex Community College in its efforts to raise money for scholarships for needy and deserving students.
