Learn fundamental interior drafting skills using basic tools such as a ruler, graph paper and residential templates. You will learn how to measure out a room, draw it to scale, and use templates to draw in furniture. You will also become familiar with drafting symbols such as doors, windows, and electrical symbols and apply them into a working draft. Templates included in materials fee; some additional supplies will be required.
Instructor: Dori Kelly Wroblinski, interior designer and owner of DKDesign, practicing both interior and garden design on the North Shore and the New Hampshire seacoast. She is also an artist and writer who has traveled extensively throughout Europe writing about interior decoration, design and architecture.
