Ideal for interior decorators, real estate professionals, property managers, professional organizers and homeowners, this program will teach the fundamentals of home staging and redesign. You will learn to use color, space, basic interior decoration principles, and resourcefulness to redesign living spaces to be more attractive and functional using existing furnishings and accessories in creative new ways and to stage homes for sale so that they appeal to a wide range of buyers. There will also be some discussion on business practices, marketing, strategies to work with other professionals and homeowners, the use of photography, and more!
