Health Care Provider CPR
Intended for the healthcare provider who
cares for patients in a variety of settings,
course teaches CPR for victims of all ages.
Topics include ventilation with a barrier
device, bag-mask device, oxygen, use of an
automated external defibrillator (AED), and
relief of foreign-body
airway obstruction (FBAO). Includes
the adult signs of heart attack, cardiac arrest,
stroke, and choking. There will be skills
demonstration and practice. Participants
evaluated on skills taught and given a written
examination. You must be a health care
provider or student in an educational program
studying to become a health care provider to
enroll in this course. Limit 8.
