Lee Institute, Inc. Real Estate Salesperson’s License Preparation
The Lee Institute Real Estate course is a 24-hour mandated preparatory pre-licensing course. Upon completion you will be prepared to take the Massachusetts Salesperson’s Examination. If you fail to pass the examination you may repeat the course at no additional cost within one year of completion. During the course you will take practice exams similar to the state examination. You are welcome to attend the first lecture with no obligation to the Lee Institute or you may pre-register by calling the Lee Institute at the telephone numbers listed below.

COURSE TUITION: $280 payable in installments or $270 if paid in full the first night. The textbook and other materials are included in the cost. Location: North Andover
Salesperson’s License Preparation Accelerated 3-Day Weekend Program
This program allows the student to complete the Massachusetts mandated 24-hour requirement in one weekend. All students must bring a calculator, notebook, and writing materials to class. A certificate of completion will be issued on the 3rd day. Information relevant to the State Examination is explained in detail in the classroom with the aid of the Massachusetts Candidate Handbook.

COURSE TUITION: $270, including text & study materials. Location: North Andover
Tuition may be paid by cash, check or credit card. Tuition for a weekend course must be paid in full prior to the beginning of the course.
