The “Complete Pasta”Class 

Come learn hands-on how to create pasta from beginning to end.  Featured recipes will be Lemon-Scented Linguine with White Clam Sauce, Whole Wheat Vegetable Lasagna, and “Ma’s Semolina Ravioli” (two versions: pork and spinach).  This last recipe has been a 30 year Della Piana holiday favorite and it might just become your favorite too!

Some Like It Hot NEW!

There is nothing like hot and spicy!  We will explore the fiery foods of the Middle East and Asia, curries from India and even some specialties from the continental U.S.  Recipes will include Mo-Mos and Khotes, a traditional food of Tibet, as well as Sauteed Chicken Paillards in Red Pepper Sauce.  There will also be Chile Pepper primer!

Tapas - The Little Dishes of Spain NEW!

Some countries simply call them hors d’oeuvres, some call them antipasti, but in Spain they are called Tapas!  These “first dishes” are so delicious that some restaurants in the U.S. have made complete menus of them.  Come explore and learn to prepare Spain’s little dishes, from Moorish-Flavored Spicy Pork Kebabs to Stuffed Mussels with Roasted Garlic Mayonnaise.
