Shake Your Soul ® Dance & Yoga Stretch
Do you want to dance? Come Shake Your Soul ® where every body type can benefit. A fun dance experience where dynamic music and self expression unleash the dancer within! It draws from modern and African dance, centering, yoga with some R&B and Hip-Hop blended. You’ll be guided in dynamic movement, bringing strength and freedom to body, mind, and spirit. Tai Chi
Wu style of Tai-Chi is an ancient Chinese exercise. It is a slow flowing form that is practiced to improve health. Practicing the form allows more healing energy (chi) to move throughout your body. The slow, graceful movements help develop flexibility, balance and coordination. The movement of energy (chi) throughout the body has a soothing effect on the nerve endings and you become calm and relaxed. No students under 18.
