Understanding Behavioral Styles

Understanding your behavioral style allows you to gain insights into how others perceive you. It enables you to improve your ability to communicate and be an effective team member. Understanding the behavioral styles of others helps you to be a more effective leader and release higher levels of motivation in the work team. The DISC assessment tool will be used.
