Providing High Quality Customer Service
Introduction: This fast paced one day workshop will teach participants the four essentials of providing customers high quality service: Understanding customer requirements, measuring your performance against expectations, continuously improving customer service and achieving excellence at the point of service. At the conclusion of this workshop, participants will know how to: better understand customer requirements; run a customer focus group and to use focus group data to develop customer surveys; use customer surveys to drive continuous improvements; and know how to provide excellence at the point of service interaction.
