Helpful Definitions
Institutional Silos: An organizational unit functioning largely in isolation
Scribe: The person who takes minutes for meetings
Team Leader: A person designated to lead the process management team. A person trained in identifying, analyzing, and solving chronic system problems and identifying improvement opportunities.
Team Sponsor: A leader from the steering committee appointed to be the greatest advocate for the success of a particular process management team. The team sponsor guides and coaches their team while endorsing the project, providing resources, and removing roadblocks.
